The Department Pool RN responsibilities include:

• Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• Responsible for professional accountability and development

A minimum of 18-months RN experience is required for this role. For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room.

• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
• Preferred Nurse Specialty

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

• Required 18 months Acute Care/Specialty
