Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our PCU unit at Bartow Regional Medical Center. Our 72‑bed hospital is committed to compassionate, quality care for the Polk County community.

The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards. The RN delegates appropriate patient‑care activities, maintains professional accountability, and pursues ongoing development.

• Collaborate and communicate with inter‑disciplinary providers to develop and implement plans of care.
• Organize, prioritize, and update the plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Identify patients at risk for injury and prepare the room environment accordingly.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 6 months RN acute‑care experience
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
