Position Details- Location:
Bartow Regional Medical Center – Medical/Surgical ICU – Bartow, Florida - Status:
Full Time - Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Every other weekend requirement
- On Call:

- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor s or Higher in Nursing
- 2 years RN experience in the ICU in an Acute Care setting
- BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
- Work in a hospital setting and independently care for a group of ICU patients using the nursing process and clinical standards
- Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
- Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care
- Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition
- Respond to medical emergencies for critical patients
- Coordinate and document discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience
- Maintain professional accountability and development
