Bay Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PCU unit at Bartow Regional Medical Center. The RN will independently care for a group of patients, using the nursing process and clinical standards, delegating tasks, and ensuring professional accountability and development. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary care providers in developing and implementing each patient's plan of care, organizes and prioritizes care, and identifies patients at risk.

• Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary providers to develop and assist in patient care plans.
• Organize, prioritize, and update patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and significant others.
• Identify patients at risk for injury and prepare the room environment accordingly.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other team members.

• Registered Nurse license (current and valid)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months of acute‑care RN experience
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)

Shift hours: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Day shift)

Shift 1 (Day), 2 (Evening), 3 (Night), 4 (Varying)
