Bartow Center in Florida is seeking an experienced cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the Dietary Supervisor's absence. You will prepare nutritious meals, follow menus, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities include recording temperatures, preparing pureed foods, assisting with meal service, supervising dietary staff when required, and maintaining cleaning schedules. A Serv Safe certificate and prior hospital/long-term care kitchen experience are preferred.
