School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Serving a Forward-Focused School District in Lakeland, FL | 2025–2026 School Year

We’re seeking Independent Contractor Speech-Language Pathologists to support a school district that is actively refocusing its mission and investing in leadership, equity, and whole-child success.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings
  • Participate in IEP development and meetings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support communication goals
  • Deliver services aligned with the district’s commitment to equity and individualized support
