DCS Asset Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bridge Technician with a great attitude and strong ethics. He or she will be responsible for performing the overall maintenance of the bridge maintenance project assigned.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- May operate various forms of heavy highway equipment.
- Concrete spill repair.
- Cleaning and painting steel.
- Utilize equipment to clean and grade ditches, drainage structures, highway road shoulders, and slopes.
- Repair work including, but not limited to, repair of fences, sign repair, litter debris removal, and other bridge maintenance activities to include emergency response.
- Advanced MOT training.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Class A or B CDL is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have at least one year of experience on the roadway.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
- Must be able to drag 50 lbs for 150 feet.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to drive standard shift vehicles.
- Must have the ability to obtain ATSSA certification in the installation of traffic control.
- Bridge maintenance, highway maintenance or construction skills are preferred.
- Boating experience is preferred.

- Pay rate: $16.00/hourly
- Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
