CPS Personal AG sucht für eine renommierte Immobilienverwaltung in Basel eine Liegenschaftsbuchhalterin (w/m/d) in Vollzeit (100%). Sie übernehmen die komplette Führung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen eines Ihnen zugeteilten Portfolios, sind verantwortlich für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie die Erstellung der Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen.
Zudem kümmern Sie sich um Mahnwesen, Inkasso und Kreditorenrechnungen.
