-er (80–100%).
Zu den Aufgaben gehören das eigenständige Führen der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen für Mietliegenschaften und STWEG sowie die Revision von Stockwerkeigentümerabrechnungen. Zusätzlich erstellen Sie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Lohnausweise und AHV-Abrechnungen für das Hauswartpersonal.
