Rocken® sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Treuhand- und Finanzfachmann/-frau für die Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung in Basel. Sie betreuen Mietliegenschaften, Stockwerkeigentum und Genossenschaften und arbeiten eng mit dem Team an Finanzprozessen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Kreditoren- und Mieterbuchhaltung, Abrechnungen, Heiz- und Nebenkosten sowie Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen, Budgetierung und Controlling. Eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Deutschkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.
