Adecco sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter:in Immobilienbuchhaltung 80-100% in Basel. In dieser Position tragen Sie die finanzielle Bewirtschaftung von Liegenschaften für externe Mandate und sichern eine termingerechte sowie korrekte Abwicklung.
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, prüfen und buchen Rechnungen, überwachen Zahlungseingänge, erstellen Nebenkostenabrechnungen und unterstützen Jahresabschlüsse. Ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil und MS-Office-Kenntnisse runden das Profil ab.
