ür ein renommiertes Unternehmen im Gesundheitswesen in Basel suchen wir zur Überbrückung eines Mutterschaftsurlaubs,
temporär ab 15. November 2026 bis 31. März 2027, eine erfahrene
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Führen der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Stammdatenpflege, Kontrolle und Verbuchung Kreditorenbelege, Zahlungslauf, Bearbeitung Mahnungen)
- Führen der Debitorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungsstellung übrige Debitoren, Zahlungen, Mahnwesen inkl. Inkasso)
- Mithilfe bei der Führung des Hauptbuches und der Erstellung des Abschlusses
- Erstellen von Abrechnungen (MWST, VST)
- Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
- Mitarbeit in Projekten
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännischer Abschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/-in Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte Buchhaltungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Programmen (Microsoft Dynamics NAV von Vorteil)
- Gewandt im Umgang mit MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähige, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
- Analytische und vernetzte Denkweise
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige, exakte, zuverlässige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- Arbeitspensum: 50-70%
