Liegenschaftsbuchhalterin (w/m/d) 100%Möchten Sie Ihre fundierte Buchhaltungserfahrung/-wissen in Ihre neue Herausforderung in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung einbringen?
Wir suchen für eine renommierte Immobilienverwaltung in Basel, einen zuverlässigen
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Komplette Führung von Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen eines Ihnen zugeteilten Liegenschaftsportfeuilles
- Verantwortlich für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Erstellen der jährlichen - und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
- Selbständige Abwicklung der Kreditorenrechnungen
- Verantwortlich für das Mahn- und Inkassowesen
Ihr Profil:
- kaufmännische Ausbildung, evtl. mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Muttersprache Deutsch
- Gutes IT-Verständnis
- Flexible, belastbare und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Organisationstalent
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Selbständige, verantwortungsvolle und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Arbeitspensum: 100%
