As an administrative intern in our Destination Management department, you will be surrounded by colleagues who will share their extensive expertise in our Ocean division. The internship lasts six months.

You must be eligible to work in Switzerland or possess a valid work permit.

• Assist the Guest Port Services team with administrative tasks related to turnaround operations, ensuring guests have a smooth embarkation and disembarkation experience.
• Support ongoing projects, participate in meetings and discussions with various stakeholders.
• Help optimize existing processes and document them.

• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Curious and eager to learn how a global cruise line is organized and what is expected from the Ocean department.
• Analytically oriented.
• Positive personality and enjoy working in a multi‑cultural team.
• Solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

You are currently attending a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tourism or hospitality, or have recently obtained one.

• First knowledge within the tourism industry.
