We are looking for a motivated individual as a Backoffice / Secretary (m/w/d) 100% to join our team in Basel. You will support the team in the administrative area.

Duties include:

• Telephone and written correspondence with customers and business partners
• Reception and visitor assistance as well as general administrative support
• Processing emails, appointment coordination, calendar management
• Data maintenance and general backoffice tasks
• Creation, filing and control of documents and records
• Support of internal organization and administrative processes

• Experience in secretariat, backoffice or administration is an advantage
• Safe handling of standard MS Office programs
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Good German language skills in written and spoken form
• Teamwork ability and organizational skills
