Das Team
Als Bauverwalter sind Sie für die Durchführung und Begleitung von Baugesuchsverfahren zuständig.
Beratung von Gemeinden und privaten Bauherrschaften.
Prüfung von Baugesuchen.
Administrative Tätigkeiten.
Wir erwarten:- Ausbildung als Bauverwalter im Kanton Aargau oder DAS Bauverwalter
- Grundausbildung in Bauplanung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im aargauischen Planungs- und Baurecht
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Präzise, organisiert, effizient, selbstständig und teamorientiert
- Anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben
- Kurze Entscheidungswege und moderne Arbeitsbedingungen
- Ein kollegiales und motiviertes Team
- Flexible Arbeitsmodelle
