Implenia in Basel sucht einen Bauleiter (m/w/d) für das Projekt Neubau Departement Biomedizin (DBM). Du führst Ausbauarbeiten bis zur mängelfreien Übergabe, koordinierst das Team, prüfst Ausschreibungen und unterstützt Verhandlungen mit Unternehmern.
Vorausgesetzt werden eine mehrjährige Bauleitungs-erfahrung im Laborbau, sichere Plänenkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; der Job ist vor Ort in Basel zu besetzen.
