Senior Project Planner – Pharmaceutical Construction

We are supporting a leading engineering consultancy delivering a major pharmaceutical construction project in Basel, Switzerland
, and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner to join the project team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale pharmaceutical capital project, taking ownership of the integrated programme from construction through commissioning and project handover within a fast-paced EPC/EPCM environment.

• Develop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 project schedules
• Produce and manage project baselines
• Monitor construction progress and provide accurate programme updates
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams
• Produce look-ahead programmes, critical path analysis and progress reports
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery plans
• Support change management and delay analysis
• Attend planning and coordination meetings with key stakeholders
• Support commissioning planning and project handover

• Previous experience as a Senior Project Planner on large-scale pharmaceutical or life sciences projects
• Minimum of one completed pharmaceutical construction project
• Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project delivery
• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary construction programmes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
