punkt personal AG in Basel-Landschaft sucht eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Customer Service. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die telefonische und schriftliche Kundenberatung verantwortlich. Sie erstellen Offerten, bearbeiten Reklamationen und organisieren Rücksendungen.
Gesucht wird eine Person mit kaufmännischer Grundbildung und mehreren Jahren Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst. Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch sind ebenso erforderlich.
Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort/nach Vereinbarung.
