Position Summary

As a customer service representative, you will assist and handle our diverse customers, suppliers, employees, and tenants with all their needs and requests throughout the various stages of their stay at our new global headquarter in Basel.

Your Mission
  • Interaction with customers, suppliers, crews, subtenants, and employees of Jet Aviation Basel by assisting them with all upcoming requests
  • First point of contact and courteous host at the reception desk, as well as taking excellent care of our guests in the exclusive lounge area and the meeting rooms
  • Smaller transportation requests of customers and crews on the Basel platform
  • Assists customers with arrangements for hotels, transportation, immigration, and other services as per individual requests
  • Processing of requests via email and telephone in German and English language and entering relevant data into our various operation software
  • Preparing Badges and meetings for VIP visits and internal events
  • Create manuals and procedures for the new reception in collaboration with the Management of the Customer Service

Your Profile
  • General education degree and high-class hospitality experience required, aviation experience and background are an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English both written and verbal (including good understanding of Swiss German)
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic are a benefit
  • A valid driver's license, Category B is mandatory
  • Charming and friendly personality with "Can-do Attitude" and willingness to go the "Extra Mile"
  • Impeccable manners, interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Thorough understanding of quality and service expectations of high-end clientele
  • Flexibility, willingness to work shifts (7.00 a.m.

    - 18.00 p.m., 5 days a week) and support as Duty on site and from home (6.00 a.m.

    - 10.00 p.m., 7 days a week)
