SWAG Swiss Work AG in Basel sucht eine/n telefonischer Kundenberater/in (100%) mit sofortigem Eintritt zur Unterstützung unseres Kundenservices. Sie nehmen Anfragen telefonisch entgegen, analysieren Probleme und leiten Störungen weiter.
Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Kundenservice, kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und ggf. Französisch/Italienisch/Englisch. Schichtarbeit Mo–So inkl. Wochenenden gehört dazu.
