Induserv (Aarau) AG sucht Kundenberater Krankenkasse mit VBV-Ausbildung (w/m/d) in Basel. Sie betreuen telefonisch und schriftlich Versicherten, beraten zu Produkten und Leistungen und bearbeiten Anfragen während der Bürozeiten.
Die Position umfasst eine Einarbeitung in Basel in Vollzeit, danach Hybrid-Model mit Homeoffice 3 Tage/Woche und 2 Tage Büro. Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Freitag 08:00–17:00. Monatslohn CHF 4'550.
