Kundenberater:in 50-100%
Deine Verantwortung
- Du nimmst Kunden Anfragen entgegen und bearbeitest technische Probleme
- Kundenidentifikation und Hilfestellung bei der Migration neue Anwendung E-Banking Login
- Öffnungszeiten von Montag bis Samstag zwischen 7.00 und 21.00 Uhr
- Teilzeit möglich von Montag bis Freitag (jeweils Vormittags- oder Nachmittagsschichten)
- Flexible Zimmerstunden (7:00 - 21:00 Uhr) von Montag bis Freitag mit einer verlängerten Mittagspause
- Arbeitspensum: 100% während der Einarbeitungsphase, danach ist 50-100% möglich
Dein Profil
- Schweizerdeutsch / Deutsch als Muttersprache (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Französisch- und/oder Italienisch Kenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich auf Level B2/C1 ist ein MUSS
- Serviceorientierung, gute PC-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung um Kundendienst erleichtern den Einstieg
- Für die Anstellung sind ein einwandfreier Straf- und Betreibungsregisterauszug erforderlich
