Du nimmst Kundenanfragen entgegen, bearbeitest technische Probleme und unterstützt bei der Migration der neuen E-Banking-Anwendung. Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitstelle mit flexiblen Schichten von Montag bis Freitag (7:00–21:00 Uhr).
100% Pensum in der Einarbeitung, danach 50–100%. Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse auf B2/C1 sind Pflicht.
