Tätigkeiten
- Personelle und fachliche Führung der direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden (Teams: Servicetechniker, Einsatzleitung, Ersatzteile)
- Weiterentwicklung der Fachteams für den Markt Schweiz
- Unterstützung der internationalen Kundendienst-Organisationen
- Sicherstellen einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Bindeglied zu Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen wie Verkauf, Technik, Service Desk
- Sicherstellen einer hohen Qualität der Servicearbeiten und Serviceberichte
- Erstellen von Ersatzteilempfehlungen und
-angeboten
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Mechanik, Elektrotechnik) mit von Vorteil betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Kundendienstorganisationen
- Erfahrung in der Intralogistik ist wünschenswert, aber nicht Bedingung
- Versierter Umgang mit ERP, CRM, MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
- Kommunikative, teamfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
