Teva/Mepha sucht per sofort eine/n Customer Service Specialist 100% zur Unterstützung unseres motivierten Customer Service-Teams in Basel.
Sie betreuen Empfang und Telefonzentrale, bearbeiten Aufträge GDP-konform in CRM und SAP ERP, bearbeiten Anfragen und Reklamationen, sowie Faktura/Rücksendungen. Zudem pflegen Sie Stammdaten und koordinieren Produktneueinführungen in Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern.
