Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist - German Speaker
Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional fluent in German?
Join a leading global provider of diabetes medical technology and play a key role in ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive life-changing medical devices accurately and on time.
As a Senior O2C Specialist
, you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle
, acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.
- Manage the end-to-end O2C process
- Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy
- Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams
- Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries
- Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs
What Were Looking For
- Fluent German (C1+)
- Experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Porto
- Meal Allowance: 300€ (current policy)
From 01/01/2026: 7.63€ net per working day - 3,000€ Welcome Bonus (subject to company policy)
- Permanent contract with 90-day trial period
