Für unserer Kunde in Basel suchen wir Call Center Agents (m/w) für langfristige Einsätze mit Option auf eine Festanstellung
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Anrufe auf Deutsch und Französisch oder Italienisch
- Professionelle und freundliche Betreuung der Anrufenden
- Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten
- Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Anfragen
- Koordination von Rückrufen und Terminvereinbarungen
Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung im Call Center, Empfang, Rezeption oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Dienstleistungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Verständnis für Schweizer Dialekte
- Sehr gutes mündliches Französisch oder Italienisch und Englisch
- Sprachbegabte, kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibler und teamorientierter Charakter
