We are looking for an Architect to join our Architecture team and contribute to the design of laboratory and production facilities for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in Switzerland. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. You will support projects throughout various design and planning phases while collaborating closely with internal experts, clients, and project stakeholders.

• Support the planning and design of laboratory and production buildings
• Contribute to projects across SIA phases 1–5
• Develop and refine architectural concepts and design solutions
• Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, and presentations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance with Swiss standards, guidelines, and project requirements
• Assist in delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs

• Degree in Architecture (BSc, MSc, or equivalent)
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience, ideally within the Swiss market
• Knowledge of CAD and BIM tools, preferably Revit
• Interest in technically complex buildings and high-quality architectural design
• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
