- Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- High design competence
- Proven experience in French-speaking Switzerland or France is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Revit and in BIM-Method is required
- Excellent command of written and spoken French
You are responsible for the coordination and planning of various planning dossier sand work closely with the project management and project team. You will oversee developing architectural and structural solutions in collaboration with team members, construction companies, external consultants, and specialists. You cantake on a task, structure it independently, and work on it. In collaborative processes,due to your experience and sound judgment, you can proactively prioritize worksteps, initiate them according to the project phases, and track their progress.
You combine a high architectural sensitivity and technical-constructive understanding with a confident application of common representation methods in the design and execution planning phases.
With your hands-on work style and high intercultural competence, you inspire your project team just as much as you convince external project partners. You want toshape the entire architectural creation process and drive it forward confidently inthe assigned areas, bringing the clarity of the architectural idea through all planning phases to the built realization. You communicate with all project participants in professional manner and can convey the developed architectural concepts and structural solutions clearly and persuasively all the way to execution on-site.
