Internship - Roche Career Center Coordinator

The position of RCC Coordinator involves supporting the Roche Career Center with various operational tasks such as setting up events, developing process descriptions, taking ownership of processes, maintaining customer engagement, and creating and maintaining promotional materials on Roche channels. The coordinator represents the RCC in events, updates the RCC website, facilitates workshops and events, and runs onboarding and train‑the‑trainer activities for volunteers.

• Coordinate and facilitate workshops and networking events
• Onboard and train new volunteers
• Inform, engage, and motivate the volunteer community
• Handle communication activities, including monthly newsletters and maintenance of the website (gSite)
• Gather feedback from customers
• Evaluate statistics and support communication of regular data updates
• Organize, set up, and run various workshops
• Engage with the community and manage stakeholder relationships

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (within last 12 months) with a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Psychology, Business or Sociology
• Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ability to motivate, engage, and influence others
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Strong facilitation and advising skills
• Strong English knowledge;
  German and/or other languages a plus

• Preferred start date:
  August 2026
• Duration: 12 months
• Workload: 100%
