Sie arbeiten eng mit Lehr- und Fachpersonen, Schülerinnen und Schülern, Eltern und dem Schulrat zusammen, um Bildungs- und Erziehungsauftrag zu erfüllen und die Schulqualität weiterzuentwickeln. Eine Schulleitungsausbildung oder Managementausbildung wird erwartet;
