- Gesamtverantwortung für die Ausbildung und Betreuung von rund 30 Lernenden in verschiedenen Berufsfeldern mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
- Begleitung und Förderung von Logistiklernenden während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit
- Rekrutierung neuer Lernender sowie Organisation des Bewerbungsprozesses
- Unterstützung und Beratung von Berufs- und Praxisausbildnern
- Verantwortung für sämtliche administrativen Prozesse der Berufsbildung
- Planung und Durchführung von Ausbildungs- und Qualifikationsmassnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei Berufsbildungsmessen, Schnuppertagen und im Lehrstellenmarketing
- Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Berufsfachschulen, ÜK-Zentren und Behörden
