River Advice is seeking a Nautical Instructor to lead the development of nautical competencies across our inland fleet. You will shape training standards, oversee captain development, and ensure onboard safety through simulator-based and practical instruction.
You will work with the Fleet Manager, Safety Officers, and Directors to accelerate learning, set clear competency benchmarks, and drive fleet-wide safety culture on inland waterways.
