As a Senior Engineer BIM/VDC, you will be responsible for driving the technical implementation and advancement of BIM/VDC processes in high-end projects within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

• Develop and implement BIM/VDC strategies across interdisciplinary project teams
• Ensure model quality with a focus on data integrity,clash detection/prevention,and design consistency
• Coordinate model-based data exchange between disciplines (MEP, process, architecture, etc.)
• Provide technical guidance to project managers, clients, andprojectstakeholders
• Optimize project delivery through custom templates, metrics, automation scripts, and standardized VDC protocols
• Conduct internal trainings and promote knowledge sharing

• Degree in engineering (e.g. process engineering, building services, architecture) or equivalent qualification
• Continuing education or degree in BIM/VDC is a plus (MAS, CAS , MSc)
• Appr. 5 years of professional experience in model-based planning and coordination of complex industrial projects (e.g. chemical, pharma, energy, data centers)
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and ideally Plant 3D or MagiCAD
• Experience in interdisciplinary coordination and issue management forMEP systems and/or process plant design
• Solid skills in MS Office and high IT affinity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Independent, structured, and solution-orientedworking style
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
