To further strengthen our global presence, we are expanding our team in India through HAEFELY Services Private Limited. Our India office plays a pivotal role in sales, back-office services, and customer support, working closely with our headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and related documentation in accordance with standards and requirements
- Responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality, accurate CAD outputs
- Review specifications, drawings, and requirements prior to starting CAD work
- Develop and update technical instructions, guidelines, and documentation as required
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support project and departmental activities
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a CAD Designer
- Strong expertise in CAD systems and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing techniques, particularly casting, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
- Experience in time and resource management is preferred
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works, and AutoCAD
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience in Word and PowerPoint is an advantage
- Structured and analytical thinking skills
- Strong team orientation with the ability to contribute technical expertise while effectively following leadership direction when required
This position is based in Nashik, India, at the subsidiary of a Swiss company.
