Process Project Engineer

As a Process Project Engineer
, In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, implementation, and optimization of complex processes within the Pharma and Chemical industries.

• Your tasks will include: Feasibility studies, Concept, Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipment
• Process design: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date P&IDs, PFDs and URS to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Equipment Sizing: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to determine the optimal size and capacity of process equipment.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
• Change Management: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, including supplier changes, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Engineering's degree in Pharma/Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering within the Pharma or Chemical industry
• Strong understanding of process design principles,
  equipment sizing
  , and P&t
• Proven project management skills
  , including task allocation
  , progress tracking
  , and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus)
