Project Planner – Life Sciences / Regulated Manufacturing (Contract)

Switzerland | Onsite | Part-time (4 days per week)

Long-term contract through to end of 2027 | Start ASAP

We are supporting a major regulated manufacturing programme in Switzerland with the appointment of an experienced Project Planner to join a client-side project team on a long-term basis.

This role requires onsite presence as part of a collaborative project environment and will suit planners who prefer to be close to delivery rather than operating in a purely remote or contractor-only capacity.

You will support planning activities across a live life sciences CAPEX programme
, working closely with project controls, engineering, and delivery stakeholders. Construction planning is managed separately; your focus will be on delivery-side planning
, contributing to the overall master schedule and supporting downstream readiness activities.

We are open on job titles and organisational background, but experience in regulated life sciences environments is essential.

Relevant experience may include:

• Project Planner, Senior Planner, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls roles
• 3+ years’ experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences projects
• Exposure to commissioning, qualification and validation (CQV) activities
• Cleanroom and sterile / aseptic manufacturing environments
• Facilities and process equipment planning
• Experience supporting complex manufacturing or production systems
