Process Engineer

Process Engineer (Process Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Process Plants / Package Units / German / English) Project:

For our client, based in Basel, we are seeking a Process Engineer.

• Creation, maintenance, review, and approval of project, plant, qualification, and HSE documentation (HSE = Safety, Health, and Environment).
• Implementation and assurance of state‑of‑the‑art technology and regulatory and internal regulations/guidelines in the areas of HSE and GMP.
• Proactive support for customers in defining and initiating investment projects, including cost estimates and schedules.
• Management of projects and orders, assuming responsibility for the technical solution, costs, and deadlines.

• Technical background with a completed degree in a natural science (university of applied sciences/technical university), e.g., process engineering/pharmaceutical engineering/mechanical engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in plant engineering and/or project planning of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
• Sound understanding of GMP and process engineering requirements for process plants and package units in the field of solid dosage form manufacturing.
• Willingness to work in an agile, self‑organized work environment.
• Very good German and good English skills are required.
• Strong social skills, teamwork skills, and excellent communication and coordination skills, also when dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority.
