Tu support our Director of Sales, Nomad Technics AG at Basel Euro Airport
, is looking for a qualified, flexible and dynamic
Sales Engineer
You will own the technical and commercial side of our maintenance proposals and work closely with the Director Sales across the entire sales process. For the right candidate, the position is designed to develop into a Sales Executive role.

Your Tasks

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and contracts for maintenance, modification and refurbishment projects on business aircraft
• Review customer work scopes and estimate labor, materials and subcontracted services in coordination with planning, engineering and production
• Coordinate the proposal pipeline and project load/forecast with all internal stakeholders
• Support the Director Sales in tendering, customer acquisition and the strategic business planning for Aviation Sales
• Act as the first point of contact for customer representatives on-site during maintenance inputs
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
• Own and maintain marketing and sales presentations and related documents

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, an aircraft maintenance license (e.g. EASA Part-66), or an equivalent proven track record in aviation — preferably business aviation
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance (MRO), including hands-on experience preparing maintenance proposals, work scope estimates and pricing in a Part-145 environment
• Experience with Corridor or comparable MRO/ERP software is an advantage — solid proposal and estimation know-how matters more to us, and Corridor can be learned on the job
• High customer and solution orientation and a passion for the commercial side of the business
• Excellent written and spoken English — English is our working language
• Independent, reliable and accurate way of working with a high degree of initiative, combined with a team-player mindset
• Eligible to work in Switzerland; based in the Basel area or willing to relocate
