Licensed Aircraft Engineer

Are you an experienced EASA B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with an Airbus A340-500 Rolls-Royce type rating
?

We are recruiting for an exciting contract opportunity based in Basel, Switzerland
, supporting heavy aircraft maintenance within a highly skilled international team.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
• Carry out inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting.
• Certify maintenance work in accordance with EASA Part-145 requirements.
• Diagnose and rectify aircraft defects.
• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure aircraft readiness and compliance.

• Valid EASA B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (or equivalent accepted licence).
• Airbus A340-500 Type Rating
  .
• Rolls-Royce engine experience on the Airbus A340-500.
• Previous Line or Base Maintenance experience.
• Open to EU Nationals, Swiss Permit Holders, or Swiss Citizens
  .

Start Date: 03 August

Initial 7-week contract

Extension possible

Weekly payments

• Travel reimbursement:
  Up to CHF 250 for your first journey to the contract location and your return journey at the end of the assignment
  , reimbursed against valid receipts.
• Hotel reimbursement:
  Up to CHF 80 per night
  , reimbursed against valid receipts only if the one-way travel distance from your home to the work location exceeds 900 km
  .
