Techfirm Engineering is looking for a Pharmaceutical Project Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Industrial Services team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and coordinate pharmaceutical and biotech CAPEX projects from concept/design phases through commissioning, qualification and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and deliverables while ensuring alignment with quality and GMP requirements.
• Act as the key interface between Engineering, Process, Production, QA, Validation, suppliers and external partners
  .
• Drive technical discussions and support engineering teams with your process engineering expertise
  .
• Review and approve technical documentation including URS, specifications, design deliverables and engineering packages
  .
• Coordinate and follow up on FAT / SAT activities, equipment implementation and commissioning activities
  .
• Support Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities and ensure a successful transition to operations.
• Identify risks, manage changes and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project management
  .
• Strong background in Process Engineering within GMP-regulated environments.
• Proven experience managing CAPEX projects in pharma, biotech or life sciences.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating external suppliers.
• Good understanding of process equipment, utilities, manufacturing processes and facility interfaces
  .
• Experience with FAT / SAT, commissioning, qualification and project handover
  .
• Ability to understand and challenge technical solutions while maintaining project objectives.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German (

• Ability to start in September 2026
