You enjoy taking the lead on construction sites, making clear decisions, and taking full responsibility for the building services execution of large-scale projects from A to Z? Then this senior role is the next step in your career.

• Overall responsibility for the Building Services execution in complex projects
• Leadership of subcontractors, specialist planners, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliant implementation according to applicable standards and GMP requirements
• Schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
• Leading variation order and claim negotiations
• Regular reporting to the project management and construction management teams

• Completed technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
• At least 15 years of professional experience in Building Services Construction Management
• Strong technical expertise in relevant Building Services disciplines (industrial / building technology)
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma/Biotech) is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Excellent German and English language skills
