• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local tax laws across EMEA countries, with a particular focus on Germany.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation to external tax consultants.
• Prepare and review tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and ensure compliance with international tax standards.
• Work with finance and accounting teams to plan cash taxes and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with global tax and finance teams on different projects.
• Partner with the EMEA accounting team to streamline tax processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Coordinate and support in tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Analyze and evaluate tax audit impacts on tax positions.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
• Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment on tax‑related matters and support business initiatives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve tax processes and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Minimum 4 years of experience; working within a Big Four firm is beneficial.
• German tax background; a German tax advisor exam (Steuerberater) is beneficial.
• Strong accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SAP R3.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on mentality, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and large data sets.
• Languages:
