Yourchallenge Responsibilities
- Providing proactive support to Relationship Managers in the continuous development and management of client portfolios, with a focus on the Swiss Onshore market
- Acting as a brand ambassador by upholding our values and fostering strong client relationships
- Collaborating actively with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive and tailored client solutions
- Upholding regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards in all activities
- Working towards clearly defined individual and team targets
- Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience in a similar front‑office, client‑supporting role
- Demonstrated success in supporting Relationship Managers and managing client relationships
- Solid understanding of financial products, services, and the delivery of integrated client solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and guide both clients and internal stakeholders
- Results‑driven mindset, with a high level of motivation and the ability to excel in a performance‑oriented environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
- Highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and compliance with both internal and external guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in German and French is required – any further language is a plus
