Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in finance? We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to support our Operational Finance and Risk Management team with day-to-day payment processing and reconciliation tasks.
As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on-site.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Handle the processing of various types of payments
- Ensure precise and timely booking of all payments issued
- Organize payment runs
- Reconcile bank accounts in various currencies on a weekly basis
- Support the Financial Accountant in daily tasks
- Interact professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager
You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.
Requirements- Student Status
:
Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution - Language Skills
:
Fluent in English (C1);
German (C1) is also required - Technical Skills
:
Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management - Strong organizational and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
