We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as a strategic finance partner to Commercial leadership and to lead our Global Commercial Finance Center of Excellence (COE). You will partner directly with Commercial leadership on the decisions that shape our growth, bringing a clear view of performance and stronger rigor to forecasts, investment choices, and trade-offs. In parallel, you will lead the Global Commercial Finance Center of Excellence, defining "what good looks like" for Commercial Finance and building the operating model behind it: the standards, capabilities, talent, and tools that let high-impact partnering scale across every region.

Working closely with Commercial Leadership, Regional Finance, and Corporate FP&A, you will shape both the decisions we make today and the finance function we need for the next phase of growth. The role reports to the VP, Finance for Commercial Operations and is part of the Global Commercial Finance leadership team.

Help Commercial leaders make better business decisions with clear financial insight. Partner with Global Commercial leaders on performance, choices, risks, and opportunities — and influence the decisions that follow. Lead key planning work for Commercial Finance: annual planning, forecasts, long-range planning, performance reviews, scenario analysis, and earnings support. Bring regional, market, operational, and financial information into one clear global view of performance, spotting trends, forecast risks, and growth opportunities early.

Turn complex financial data into clear insights, practical recommendations, and action-oriented insights for senior leaders. Strengthen business cases by making assumptions, options, risks, value drivers, and recommendations clear. Help leaders pressure-test plans, understand trade-offs, and balance near-term performance with long-term growth and patient impact. Support fact-based investment and resource allocation decisions across Global Commercial priorities. Make reporting and insights for the CFO, Investor Relations, and other enterprise stakeholders clearer, more consistent, and easier to use.

Build simple, consistent ways of working that help the function scale. Define the purpose, scope, services, governance, decision rights, and success measures for the Global Commercial Finance COE. Design how Global Commercial Finance, Regional Finance, and the COE will work together day to day. Clarify who owns business partnering, planning, reporting, analytics, systems, data, and execution. Create common standards for planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, performance management, and business case development.

Lead priority Finance transformation work, including ARC-related work, with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes. Simplify fragmented processes, calendars, templates, data definitions, and reporting routines to reduce duplication and free up capacity. Use planning tools, business intelligence, automation, analytics, and appropriate AI-enabled solutions to improve speed, quality, and scalability. Put practical data governance, controls, and system ownership in place so teams can rely on timely and accurate information.

Partner with Corporate FP&A and regional teams to remove overlapping work, improve handoffs, and connect enterprise, global, regional, and market planning. Build a practical implementation roadmap that balances quick wins with longer-term operating model changes. Track COE performance through simple measures for service, quality, timeliness, adoption, and business impact.

Build the team, capabilities, and culture needed for a high-performing global function. Lead, coach, and develop a strong global team with the business, finance, analytical, technical, and influencing skills needed to support a growing business. Create a clear organization and talent plan for the COE, including role clarity, capability priorities, succession needs, and location strategy.
