, we continue to drive our international growth and development. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Financial Controller who will play an active role in monitoring, controlling, and analyzing the company’s financial and economic performance. With a strong analytical and strategic mindset, this professional will support decision‑making processes and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.

• Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as the creation of reports and business analyses
• Analyze financial KPIs and variances, and identify optimization measures
• Take responsibility for budgeting and forecasting
• Conduct pricing, margin and inventory analyses, and derive recommendations for action to optimize revenue and costs
• Build, maintain and further develop KPI dashboards
• Prepare ad hoc analyses as well as profitability and business case calculations
• Prepare product costings and analyze the profitability of different product and customer segments
• Work closely with various business units across the company to support well-founded business decisions

• Completed degree or advanced professional qualification in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, business controlling or financial planning & analysis, ideally in an operational environment
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost accounting
• Very good Excel skills; experience with Power BI is an advantage
• Confident handling of large data volumes, as well as an affinity for ERP, reporting and BI systems
• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and a good understanding of business relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in deriving concrete recommendations for action from figures
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, as well as team spirit and initiative
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Spanish or is an advantage.
