A leading oncology biotech company in Switzerland is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead its global clinical and medical strategy. The ideal candidate will have an MD or MD/PhD and extensive experience in oncology drug development, particularly in solid tumours across Phases I to III. Responsibilities include shaping clinical development strategy, leading regulatory submissions, and engaging with regulatory authorities.

The position requires strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced biotech environment.
