medamicus in Basel-Stadt sucht eine Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) für 60-80 % Pensum in der Seniorenpflege. Sie übernehmen die individuelle Bezugspersonenpflege, gestalten den Wohnalltag und leisten fachkompetente, einfühlsame Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner.
Sie tragen die Tagesverantwortung, unterstützen Lernende beim Lernen, bringen RAD-Kenntnisse und das Skill & Grade Mix-Verständnis mit. Es besteht eine klare Einarbeitung und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten;
